

BE Hospitality is the powerhouse team of restauranteur and designer Fia Berisha and Top Chef winner and James Beard Award finalist Nicholas Elmi. Ironworks at Pencoyd Landing, formerly the home to the iron and steel company Pencoyd. Ironworks now proudly encompasses Lark, The Landing Kitchen, The Pump House and The Residence Inn by Marriott.
BE Hospitality has created a beautiful hospitality story while preserving history and capturing the timelessness of an industrial space. The group opened Lark in 2021, an innovative restaurant serving Mediterranean sustainable seafood and handmade pastas. Lark was named in Food & Wine’s list of ‘15 Most Anticipated Restaurants Opening in 2021’. They subsequently opened The Landing Kitchen on the same property, offering local coffee, elevated toasts and sandwiches and bowls in amore casual indoor-outdoor space overlooking the Schuykill River. In the spring of 2024 BE Hospitality launched the newly renovated and designed Pump House, a state of the art event space giving one the sense that you are right on the river as it flows outside the vast windows.
